Do you have a job interview coming up and want to know how you can best prepare for it?
Do you want to appear authentic and convincing, but are unsure how to respond to critical questions? Are you wondering how to develop a realistic salary expectation and get your nervousness under control? Then this workshop is the right place for you.
The workshop includes the following content:
- Online and on-site interview process
- Frequently asked questions in job interviews and response strategies
- Tips on appearance, behavior and mindset
- Determining salary expectations and strategies for salary negotiations
- Simulation of job interview and salary negotiation
- Dealing with nervousness
True to the workshop design, theory is always followed by practice: At the beginning of the workshop, you will select a job that interests you and analyze the job advertisement according to instructions. You will then learn about the most frequently asked questions in a job interview and the corresponding response strategies and make a note of how you can answer the individual questions. After you have learned how to determine a realistic salary expectation and how to approach salary negotiations strategically, you will determine your salary expectation for the position.
