General Informations
If you are planning to study abroad, it is important to start preparing early. On the website of the International Office , you will find a detailed description of the application steps as well as other relevant information for you to stay abroad.
A key document is the Learning Agreement, wich is a study contract that lists all the courses you plan to take at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences. The courses you list in your Learning Agreement should be relevant to your study program in a broad sense. Language courses may also be part of that agreement. The course selection will be approved in in consultation with the Faculty Coordinator. The Learning Agreement is created and signed digitally. For your application, you will need the signature of the International Faculty Coordinators and of your home and host university.
The Erasmus Learning Agreement consists of three parts:
- Before Mobility: Here you enter the courses you plan to take during your study abroad
- During Mobility: Here you list the courses you actually take during your stay abroad. Please note that within 4-6 weeks of your arrival at the host university you must indicate your courses in the Learning Agreement
- After Mobility: Here you list the courses you successfully completed and the corresponding courses at your home university they will be credited towards.
You can find further informations about the application process and the Learning Agreement here on the website of the International Office.
