Contents
The contents depend on the individual courses on offer. The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences offers a wide range of General Studies courses in the following subject areas:
- Law and economics
- HistoryLanguages
- Technology and society
- Personal development Philosophy, art and music
Qualification objectives
A wide range of courses is available under the general headings of “cultural skills”, “key qualifications” and “international skills” to help the students with their general and personal development. The courses support the students in the development of personal skills and prepare them for the demands of the Europeanization and globalization of the professional world. Through these courses, the students gain knowledge and method-based expertise of different arts, social and science subjects. The topics are interdisciplinary and supplement the specialized training provided by the individual university courses.
