Members of the university - from teachers, students and staff - organize their common everyday university life digitally. To help you keep track of the most important tools at the university and access them quickly, we have summarized them for you here in brief.

🔑 Your key to all tools: The RZ identifier

 
The key to all digital tools - With the RZ ID, user name and password, students have access to all important digital tools of the university.

You will receive access to the university's digital tools with the RZ ID, i.e. an account with a university e-mail address and a personal password from the computer center. It is best to apply for the RZ ID on the first day of your studies.

From virtual teamwork to online demonstrations and live lectures - all students can participate in a video conference for an unlimited period of time. To do so, you have to log in to hs-augsburg.zoom.us with the RZ identifier.

The data format iCalendar offers you the possibility to integrate your personal timetable for your study program and semester into your personal electronic calendar.

In the online administration server, the following services are available for you during the corresponding times relevant to the individual function: Examination registration - Grade inspection - Grade confirmation - Grade account statement - Internship job search

Sharing files easily and securely - folders and files can be shared with fellow students.

Digital teaching and learning - Moodle is the central learning management system (LMS) at Augsburg Technical University of Applied Sciences. Students can access materials and interact with lecturers and fellow students at any time via Moodle.

Incom is the communication platform of the Faculty of Design. Architecture also uses this platform.

Free Video Tutorials - LinkedInLearning offers college students video courses on topics such as Adobe Cloud, 3D & CAD, Programming, C++, Phyton, Web, MS Word, MS Office, and more.

With a free education account, students have access to an unlimited number of boards.

The library on the go - through EZProxy, university members have the ability to access library e-books and databases outside of the campus network, on the go or from home.
