University-related crèches

The Kindernest e.V. is a parents' initiative and offers childcare for children from 0-3 years.

The creche at Brunnenlechgäßchen 1 is available to all children of professors, staff, and students.

There are three creche groups for 12 children up to 3 years each.

The morning group is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m., the afternoon group from 1:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.

University members also have the opportunity to have their children cared for by the Campus Elterniniative e.V. at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg.

On the one hand, there is a toddler group for the very young. A maximum of six children aged 3 to 12 months are cared for by two caregivers in the toddler group.

The toddler group is open daily from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Parents can choose between two, three, or five days of care per week.

The crèche is intended for children from 1-3 years old. A maximum of 12 children per group are cared for by a pedagogical specialist, a pedagogical assistant, and additionally by a third-party employee or one-year intern. The following opening hours apply:

• Fri. 07.30 a.m. to 03 p.m.
