Three databases are searched: PsycINFO, PSYNDEX, PsycARTICLES
PsycINFO:
- World's most extensive bibliographic database (over 4.9 million bibliographic entries) for peer-reviewed literature in the fields of behavioral science and mental health.
- The database is created by the American Psychological Association (APA) and includes over 2280 (as of August 2020) journals, as well as books, book chapters and selected dissertations.
- The database is updated weekly.

PSYNDEX:
- Bibliographic database for high-quality research literature (articles, books, chapters, dissertations and intervention programs from German-speaking countries) for the field of psychology and related subjects (PSNDEX Literature).
- It also contains detailed descriptions and information on psychological and educational test procedures that are used in German-speaking countries (PSYNDEX tests).
- The database is maintained by the Leibniz Institute for Psychology (ZPID), can be searched in German and English and is updated monthly.

PsycARTICLES:
- Database of more than 200,000 full-text, peer-reviewed articles (PDF or HTML) from around 120 journals published by the APA, the Canadian Psychological Association and the Hogrefe Publishing Group.
- The database is updated twice a week.

- Regional Business News: newspapers on US regional economic issues
- GreenFile: Publications on environmental issues such as global warming, sustainability, renewable energies, recycling, ... (partly full texts, but in general only abstracts)

How to activate the app:
- Click on "iPhone and Android apps" at the bottom of the database website in your browser
- Have an authentication link sent to your email address
- Open the authentication email on your smartphone and confirm the link within 24 hours
- The app is now connected to our campus license for 9 months and may be used for research
