This survey investigates how interested millennials are in different measures of increasing employer attractiveness. It focusses on measures of strengthening social relations within teams, promoting health of employees and increasing the frequency of feedback whilst working fully remote.
The questionnair is aimed at peope born between 1980 and 2000. The personal attitude and interest of the respondents are important. There are no wrong answers. All data is handled anonymously and shall only be used for scientific purposes.
