The recognition runs formally via an application form.
You should note the following:
1. Complete all personal information, especially:
- name, current degree program and matriculation number
- previous degree program or university
2. In the left part of the table, enter which subjects you have already completed and which you think are eligible for recognition (original title, credit points and grade).
3. In the middle part of the table, please indicate the subject for which recognition is to be granted at the Augsburg Technical University of Applied Sciences (course name according to current study and examination regulations).
4. In the right column of the table, please have the subject lecturer responsible for the respective subject countersign the principle recognition of compulsory subjects (not necessary for: project work, practical seminars, practical work/internship or course-specific elective subjects FWP).
In case of recognition as a general elective subject (AWP) please contact the colleague, who is responsible for the module.
5. Then complete the application with
- grade sheet / performance records
- module descriptions showing content, scope and learning objectives.
Attention: In the case of achievements within a semester abroad, the credit achievement or grade conversion must also be determined and signed off by our international coordinators, Mrs. Matzke or Prof. Dr. Görmer-Redding (see bottom part of form).
6. Subsequently, submit the application with the hand signatures and incl. grade sheet to the head of the examination board via the secretary's office of the Faculty of Computer Science.
