A3 business dialogue featured CARE REGIO at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences!

Under the motto "Innovations in care", the A3 Business Dialogue took place on 23 November 2022 on the premises of Augsburg University of Applied Sciences.

Interested parties from care, software development and research listened to a total of seven exciting presentations on a wide variety of projects relating to digitalisation in care.

The series of lectures was opened by Mr Andreas Thiel (Managing Director of Regio Augsburg Wirtschaft GmbH), Mr Andreas Ellmaier (Bavarian State Ministry of Health and Care) and the Vice President for Studies and Teaching at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences - Prof. Dr László Kovács.

The Institute for Agile Software Development (HSA_ias) presented the CARE REGIO research project together with its partners.

The CARE REGIO - gemeinsam. innovativ. pflege digital. project consists of five partners: Kempten University of Applied Sciences, Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences, Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, the University of Augsburg and Augsburg University Hospital. In the project, each of the partners is focussing on a priority area to relieve the burden on nursing staff in practice.

Augsburg University of Applied Sciences is working together with the University Hospital to digitise the care transfer report (DigiPÜB) and highlighted the challenges of connecting to the telematics infrastructure on this evening.
