The project is part of the joint project CARE REGIO. Within the framework of the sub-project "Digitisation of the Care Transition Report", the student project pursues the application of Deep Learning techniques to advance the standardisation of care transition reports.

 

In the project CARE REGIO - Machine Learning meets Care, a universal application through Deep Learning was tested. In order for the approach to be as universally applicable as possible, various deep learning techniques are to be applied. The aim is to read out the data from the PÜB's and transfer them into the PIO standard format.
