What better way to learn and practise a language than during a stay in the country itself?

For ten years now, the Centre for Languages and Intercultural Communication (ZSI) has been organizing compact courses abroad: in France, England, China, Italy and Spain.

From September 19 to October 4, 2022, 18 students from all disciplines of the HSA (for the second time this year) accompanied by language lecturer Francesca Angrisano went on an excursion to Almería in Andalusia (southern Spain) to visit Augsburg University of Applied Sciences' partner university, the Universidad de Almería. A varied program awaited the students: in addition to daily Spanish lessons, the participants could look forward to exciting company visits, interesting cultural and leisure activities as well as extensive contact with the local Spanish (student) world.
