Content
This course is for international students with previous knowledge at B2.1 level.
In the B2.2 course, the skills of listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing and speaking are practised with the following topics:
- Career, training and study
- Sport, trends and health
- Motivation (in the workplace)
- Communication, intercultural competence and complaints
Students acquire global and selective reading and listening comprehension using authentic texts.
Basic vocabulary and basic grammar skills are improved:
- Text linking elements
- Subjective use of modal verbs
- Indirect speech and subjunctive I
- Modal sentences
- Participle I and II as adjectives
- Passive sentence forms
- Subjunctive II
The acquired knowledge is practised in various working and social forms (partner work, small group work, plenary).
