The exchange began with a friendly welcome by the director of the I.U.T Bourges, followed by varied program in which French students took part. The German students were extremely committed and actively participated in lectures on the subject of work and the environment.

Highlight of the exchange was the visits to various companies such as Saint-Michel, the Intermarché logistics center and the startup Cocoripop. Here, the students were not only able to deepen their knowledge of economics, but also make contacts for possible working student jobs in the future.

The program also included cultural visits, including the castle of Blois, the Sancerre vineyard and Bourges Cathedral. A warm welcome by Yann Galut at Bourges town hall rounded off the cultural program.

A special highlight for the Augsburg students was an escape game through the city of Bourges, where they were not only able to improve their knowledge of French, but also experience an intensive exchange with the students from Bourges.

Overall, there was an exceptional atmosphere and intensive exchange between the students from both universities during the entire stay.

The participants showed a high level of commitment and enthusiasm for the various program items.

The study exchange not only helped to deepen and broaden the German students' knowledge of French, but also promoted Franco-German friendship.It was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved and a successful mix of cultural visits, professional insights and enjoying the French way of life.
