Joint doctorate program BayWISS

In Bavaria, the Bavarian Science Forum BayWISS created the option of a collaborative doctorate in addition to the cooperative doctorate in 2016. Framework conditions and networks for doctoral candidates are created within the framework of alliances focusing on specific topics. Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg is the sponsoring university of the joint colleges “Resource Efficiency & Materials” and “Economics and Business”. In addition, the THA is also a member of other collaborative colleges.

Employees and/or scholarship holders of Bavarian universities of applied sciences who are already registered on the doctoral list of a Bavarian university can apply for BayWISS funding.
