Feed drying classification book

Farmers currently notify the Lamerdingen feed drying plant by telephone of the quantity of green waste they wish to process on a date of their choice approx. 1-3 weeks in advance. The quantity is estimated by the farmer on the basis of his experience. The production manager enters this data by hand on a form. As soon as the date is reached, the mowing is arranged by mutual agreement, the collection is organised and the processing is carried out.

As some employees have no knowledge of word processing, handwriting recognition would be a great advantage. Precise requirements for the actual project work will be worked out together with the project partners.

When new employees, especially in rapidly growing companies, start their journey, a good onboarding process is the key to fostering a positive company culture and ensuring long-term employee retention. However, due to advancing digitization and increasing complexity in projects and changes in work dynamics overall, a good onboarding process has become extremely complex today.

A simple checklist alone is no longer sufficient because it only addresses the structural-functional aspects for the employee. A good onboarding process requires picking up new team members, especially regarding soft topics such as values, feeling supported, unwritten rules, handling problems, desired behaviors, and much more.

In museums, only a small portion of exhibits are often displayed, with the majority stored in an off-site depot. The Friedberg Museum in the Wittelsbacher Schloss currently employs an outdated system for inventorying exhibits in its depot, making it difficult to locate approximately 20,000 museum pieces. To address this issue, we are developing a web application designed to streamline the daily tasks of the museum curator. The app allows for the capture and retrieval of exhibit locations, providing an overview of the depot's contents.

As public institutions, museums have a keen interest in providing their visitors with an experience. To continuously improve exhibitions, museums require both qualitative data from visitor books and reliable quantitative data, such as visitor numbers and paths taken. Currently, these are scarcely collected within museums. With Theia's crowd tracking, we are developing a straightforward system capable of capturing and processing real-time visitor numbers, dwell time, and movement data.

Construction site diary

Hopfenzitz Gerüstbau GmbH has been active in the traditional scaffolding trade in the Augsburg region since 1910. With its many years of experience, the medium-sized company offers a suitable solution for every construction project, ranging from typical system scaffolding to special constructions. Due to many manual work steps with pen and paper, the recording of all project-related information on the construction site does not meet a high-quality standard. This time-consuming and error-prone process leads to delays and queries due to misunderstandings between project planning and the employees on the construction site.
