A chatbot project has been launched to facilitate access to services from the citizen's offices and information from the administration for the citizens of the city of Augsburg. The chatbot provides understandable assistance around the clock and can build a personal relationship. In the first semester, use cases were developed, and a workshop was conducted with representatives of the city. In the second semester, the role of IT consultants was assumed based on market analysis and data protection requirements. After extensive research and contacting providers, seven potential vendors were identified, and recommendations were made for the city of Augsburg. The project aims to make the chatbot available soon and looks back proudly on the collaboration with the city of Augsburg.
