Study requirements
Applicants who obtained their university entrance qualification abroad do not need to have this recognized by Uni-Assist (www.uni-assist.de/en).
Qualification requirements for admission to the Transformation Design Master program are:
- A third-level study course completed at a state-recognized third-level institution with at least 210 credit points in a design-oriented, media-related or artistic subject. Graduates with degrees from other disciplines can also be admitted by decision of the examination board if they have had at least one year of professional experience in the field of communication design.
- Passing of a procedure to determine suitability for the specific study program (see "Application procedure and admission test" above).
Applicants with a degree with fewer than 210 credit points but at least 180 credit points can be admitted to the procedure to determine suitability for the specific study program. After passing the procedure, they need to obtain the difference to the required 210 credit points through post-qualification within the first year of registration in the Master program.
